1. Biotechnology is technology that is about human body (replacing body parts)
2. People that are born with without body parts or people that lose body parts. The people that have lost their body parts will work normally again.
3. I think it depends on what purpose the person wants and it also depends on the body of the person. If they lose their body part for what ever reason, then it is OK. But if they have a good body part and want to change it, there are no ethic to give them an operation.
